Connect AI Chatbot to Discord

Automatically sync leads captured by your chatbot to your Discord account as subscribers.

AI Chatbot integrates with Discord to automatically create and update subscribers in your Discord account when leads are captured by your chatbot. Each lead is also tagged and recorded as a “Lead captured” event, so you can trigger Discord workflows automatically.

Connect Discord

1

Go to Integrations

In your chatbot dashboard, go to Configuration > Settings and click the Integrations tab.

2

Find Discord

Locate the Discord integration card.

3

Click Connect

Click the Connect button.

4

Authorize

A popup will appear asking you to sign in to your Discord account and authorize AI Chatbot to connect.

Discord Install

Connected State

Once connected, you’ll see:

  • A green Connected badge
  • Your Discord Account name

All newly captured leads will now automatically be added to your Discord account as subscribers.

Set a Tag

Every lead synced to Discord can be tagged, so you can segment your subscribers and trigger automations:

1

Find the Tag field

In the connected Discord card, locate the Tag field.

2

Enter a tag

Enter the tag to apply to each subscriber (for example, AI Chatbot Lead). Leave it empty to apply no tag.

Each captured lead is also recorded in Discord as a “Lead captured” event, which you can use as a trigger to start a Discord workflow or campaign.

Disconnect Discord

To disconnect the integration, click the Disconnect button in the Discord card. You can also use the main toggle at the bottom of the card to temporarily disable syncing without disconnecting.
